• Clients must provide valid, government-issued photo identification for all parties requiring notarization.
• All documents must be completed, except for the signatures and notarization sections, before the appointment begins.
• It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that the document’s content complies with legal requirements.

3. Appointment Policy

• Appointments must be scheduled in advance.
• Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a service fee.

4. Fees and Payments

• Fees for notary services are clearly outlined before the appointment and include travel fees if applicable.
• Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon. Accepted payment methods include cash, credit/debit cards, and digital payment platforms.
• All fees are non-refundable, except in cases of service error by Leilans Mobile Notary Service LLC.

• Services may be refused if identification is insufficient, documents are incomplete, or the signer appears unwilling or unable to understand the document’s purpose.
